Building a new home can seem daunting and feel out of reach but we have a team of architects and engineers on-hand to help with that. Together, we can customize your future home starting from a traditional home design or create a unique design from scratch. Both are absolutely doable– we understand that families come in all shapes and sizes!
The design stage includes things from general measurements down to specific product details. We begin by drafting preliminary drawings of your future home. This includes overall style, number of rooms, architecture, and important things you can’t live without. Together, we head towards finalizing the design every step of the way as we get more refined in our details. Frequency and transparency throughout our communication ensures every single request and idea is heard. Towards the end of designing, we’ll present a complete set of plans to you which will then take us into the review stage.
If your blueprints are all drawn up– from everything down to the light fixers and doorknobs– we can head straight to the review stage. We will then review your building plans with you to make sure we are on the same page. After seeing your full building plans, we can discuss materials, timeline, and budget. When the reviewing stage is over, we can get to work!
By this step, your project is set in motion. A few things will have to be done before the actual construction begins— permits will be submitted, speciality products such as windows, cabinets, and stones will be ordered, timeline is discussed, and a final cost is determined. There are a lot of moving parts when completing a construction project, but by organizing the process, we can remain on the same page. Communicat will be a key focus throughout the construction process.
